The Total Time report is available at the teacher, school and district admin levels, and allows educators to view the total amount of time in each program. Below, the Attendance report is shown at the teacher level.
To access the Total Time report, log in at www.iLearn.com/login and click
Reports.

Under iLearn Math, click “Total Time.”
The Total Time report displays automatically for all classes under a teacher. District administrators can run the report for all schools, all teachers, and all classes, or limit the scope. School administrators can run the report for all teacher and all classes, or limit the scope.
The Total Time report displays time in hours for each program.
To view just a specific program or a select group of programs click “All Types” under Program Type(s).
Choose either one program or multiple programs to view total time for all students.
Teachers can run the Total Time report on a specific class or classes, or all classes by clicking “Options.”

Teachers can view all students (the default), or just students for whom the teacher has primary responsibility (Teacher of Record), or just Virtual Views. School and district administrators see just student accounts for Teacher of Record to eliminate duplicate accounts, but can change the view to just Virtual View, or to both.
Use the Total Time report to keep track of the student activity in each program throughout the school year.
