The report displays test scores by year, then month, then week. The weeks are numbered consecutively 1 through 52.

The table displays “grade level” / “percent correct.” For example, 4/100 indicates the grade 4 assessment was completed with a percent correct of 100.

If in the same week, a student completed more than one Progress Monitoring assessments and at different grade levels, each will display (see Student 39, January, week 3). If a student completes more than one Progress Monitoring assessment at the same grade level in a week, only the most recent score will display here (though the results of both assessments can be seen at the student level).

Use this report to view all Progress Monitoring assessments students in your class(es) have completed.
