The Completion Report is available only at the student level. The Completion Report displays all elements in vBook that a student has attempted and completed. Below the report is shown as a teacher navigating to the student level.
To access the Class Screening Detail report, log in at www.iLearn.com/login and click
Reports.
The data reports open in a new window. To view individual student reports, search for a student by typing the student’s state ID or name into the search field (click the correct student).
Under vBook, click “Completion Report.”
The Completion Report displays all elements in the vBook curriculum that a student completed. If a student did not complete an element, it will not be listed in the Completion Report. The element is listed when completed.
Location – The location in vBook of the element
Topic Title – The title of the Topic of the element
Lesson Title – The title of the Lesson of the element
Activity – The element type
Status – A pass or fail indicator of the element. Fail will only appear for Tests the student completed with a score below the minimum criteria
Time(min) – The time in minutes the student worked in the element
# Right – The number of correct answers in the element (Lesson Instruction will always display 0 since there are no questions in vBook Lesson Instruction)
# Wrong – The number of incorrect answers in the element (Lesson Instruction will always display 0 since there are no questions in vBook Lesson Instruction)
% Correct – Will only display for Tests, and will display the percent correct
Date – The date the student completed the element
Use the Completion Report to view all of the elements in vBook that an individual student completed, and metrics on the student’s performance in each element.
