If the participating students average at least 100 hours* of usage of iPASS for the school year, iLearn guarantees that the percentage of those students who score at the "Proficient" level in math on the state test used for AYP assessment will increase by a significant, specified amount. The actual amount of the increase guaranteed is based on a number of factors, including the state and the current scores for the school. (For example, in some states, the guarantee is a gain of 10 percentage points in the percentage of students meeting the "proficiency" standard.) If the specified gain is not obtained, the school has the option to discontinue use of the program and receive a full refund - 100% of all money paid to iLearn for the purchase of GAINS.
